Holiday rentals with breakfast in Serrekunda

Koko guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! Sam is a great host with a wide knowledge of things to do in the local area & beyond. Had the privilege to try lots of delicious local cuisine. Beach, shops and bars are all within reach via walking or short drive. Thanks Sam for being a wonderful and friendly host, made my time in Gambia truly memorable. 10/10 🇬🇲♥️🙏🏼🇬🇲♥️🙏🏼

If you are the kind of traveler whose purpose and travel is to take delight in the serendipitous experiences that you might encounter along your way, you will adore Celine‘s place. The experience we had staying there will be one, I am certain, I will cherish for the rest of my life. Celine‘s hospitality was unmatched. She spent time with each guest personally and shared her passion for hospitality. The accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and expertly maintained. But what stood out the most was the communal meal each morning and night, where Celine’s expert cooking reflected in every single thing that we ate or drank. Do yourself a favor and visit this place if you would all can.

Un petit coin très préservé sur une dune et deux cases juste derrière, protégées du vent. C'est un bel endroit isoler pour se reposer et profiter de la plage. C'est très simple et authentique comme sur les photos. La case bénéficie d'une salle de bain avec lavabo, wc et douche. Lamine est très bon cuisinier. A ce prix difficile de trouver mieux... I recently stayed at this apartment in Gambia and had a fantastic experience. The space was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything needed to prepare your own meals. The highlight for me was the breathtaking ocean view and waking up to it every morning. There is a private pool which was a great addition and 24hrs security. The apartment is in a great location, just a short 2 mins walk from the beach, making it perfect for anyone wanting to unwind by the sea. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any queries, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A cleaner also came by every other day to keep the apartment tidy, which was a nice bonus. I had a great experience and will be glad to stay again.

Chez Sarah et Thom vous trouverez une ambiance familiale, joyeuse et internationale. Ils cultivent en permaculture un jardin magnifique dans lequel vous trouverez toujours un palmier, bananier ou manguier sous lequel vous poser pour profiter de leur bibliothèque. Autour du bar se retrouvent toutes les nationalités pour un tournoi de pétanques ou une soirée reggae ou simplement le partage d'une rencontre avec les locaux. Sarah et Thom sont pleins de ressources pour vous organiser des visites dans la région et vous vous pourlècherez de la cuisine de Sarah. J'ai adoré mon trop bref séjour, j'y retournerai avec mes enfants car tout y est accueillant vu qu'ils ont un petit garçon de 2 ans.

We loved our stay at Auberge La Praline in Toubakouta. The accommodation was simple but clean and pleasant, and very spacious. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved playing in it. Above all there was a friendly atmosphere and this is a relatively small and intimate place to stay. Toubakouta is a beautiful small town and well worth a visit, but the expert suggestions of Yéyé (apologies if i've spelt it wrong) about what to do and offers to help arranging excursions, drivers, boat tours are well worth your time. All the staff were helpful, friendly and laid back and we really enjoyed our stay here.

the accommodation met expectations. you can do a lot of things from there. The housekeepers and the owner were super nice. The description according to the app did not lead to the correct location, asks for Villa Kaliandra 😉

Jaliya Camp ist für mich ein wundervoller Ort. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen , wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Am Rande von Abene gelegen mit viel Natur drumherum konnten wir uns gut entspannen und unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Besonders gut hat es uns gefallen gemeinsam zu essen, in der Hängematte zu entspannen und der Natur oder auch der wunderschönen Kora Musik zu lauschen. Gleich hinter dem Bolong geht es zum Strand und kann kilometerlang am Meer spazieren gehen. In Abene, das für mich wie ein großer Garten ist, haben wir sehr schöne Tage verbracht mit freundlichen Menschen und viel Musk und Tanz. Das Essen im Jaliya Camp ist sehr gut und das Personal super nett, hilfsbereit und entspannt. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, Sousou und Maher persönlich kennenlernen zu dürfen, ich bin ein großer Fan ihrer Musik und das nächste Mal möchte ich an einem ihrer Retreats mit Yoga und Tanz teilnehmen. Es war wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit und ich komme gerne wieder😊Anja
