Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sertã

Great place in a pretty and private environment! Perfect quinta to relax before going back to work! The owner was really responsive and friendly, giving us privacy too. Awesome stay and highly recommended!

At first I was a little scared because I checked the location on Google maps and it is not easy to find but I decided to believe that everything was going to be fine and it was! It is a beautiful place, super private, with beautiful views of the whole area and super close to the Fragas de Sao Simão, which is a very close river. To tell the truth, it was an incredible surprise. Whenever I want to spend a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this will be the favorite place for me and my family. A special thanks to Mr. José Barroso and his wife, although they could not receive us the first day, they were there on the day of departure, they were super kind and attentive. On the first day, we were greeted by Mr. José Antonio, a local who was also very kind and understanding of the situation that we did not speak the language well. Thanks!

Maria and her husband were the kindest and most considerate people! They welcomed us as we arrived and provided us with a some local cheese, jam and wine upon arrival. very special! Every time there I had a question Maria responded and went over and above to solve it or provide the necessary feedback. The house has everything you need, without exception, Maria and her husband have gone to great lengths to make it feel like home from home for a family. We stayed with a family of 5 with 3 young daughters 3, 5 & 10 months. Thank you soooo much for letting us stay! Dan, Eve and the girls

It was perfect, just what we were looking for for a long weekend. The house was very nice, with amenities such as air conditioning and a work room which I found very useful. The area is quiet, and within a short drive there are restaurants and beautiful river beaches. I liked the barbecue very much too. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very friendly and made it easy for us to check in and get information about the surrounding area. Thanks.

We absolutely loved our holiday here! It's one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed on with Airbnb. The views are incredible and the garden is the perfect place to decompress and relax. João was incredibly responsive and helpful if we had any questions about the house or local recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore a different side of Portugal outside of the city ❤️

we had a fantastic time at Eva's home she was very warm amd responsive. My husband and I went with the 3 children and there was enough space to accomodate us all. The pool was welcome from the heat of Central Portugal, the garden and Parrot were a treat. It is a place you can go back to and stay and the price was affordable. Thanks Eva xxx

We enjoyed a nice week in Hernani's house, through Joao with whom communication was easy and enjoyable. The area is worth a visit: Coimbra, the Sierra de Lousa, Tomar or Bathala are worth the detour and deserve a little drive. The quietness of the house, the beautiful terrace and the pool allowed us to recharge our batteries after our explorations.

Fiona was a fantastic host. Easy-going, considerate, and respectful. The apartment looked exactly as advertised and it had everything we needed. We had a pleasant and relaxing time, and 100% would recommend staying here.

Paula really goes above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible. What a sweet, nice woman and what a nice house it is. We were there in a rather wet period and in the house it was cold. But there was enough wood for the stove and she came to bring us electric heaters for the bedrooms. We also didn't arrive until 12:30 at night and we had communicated that so there were fresh eggs and sandwiches in the house in the morning because the village was rather remote (which is wonderful for peace and quiet). But we also learned that a bakery came by at night and that you could put a bag with a note in it and you had fresh bread in the morning! I can tell so much, but you have to experience it yourself. Anyway: Paula is a winner!

My family and I had a lovely week with Denise and her daughter. The apartment was lovely bright and spacious, with 3 good rooms. We especially enjoyed the garden, pool and lemon tree. It was easy to drive out to the many beautiful cities and hikes.

Excellent space, we were lucky to have the house and the outdoor space, pool, etc. all to ourselves. Spectacular barbecue area, extremely clean and large pool. The studio was beautiful, perfect for a couple. TV with all the channels. Magnificent shower. Martine was super nice and respectful of our space. We loved it, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Peter was ready for us with some sweet treats and wine and some cold beer and fresh lemons. Beautiful back patio enjoyed the BBQ immensely. This area is a great location to go and do day trips from. Within an hour or hour and half you can visit many different areas on the ocean and you still can come back and enjoy the country side and all that it offers . Cafe up the road was a great friendly place you can walk to . We hope to visit again love this area .

Very nice accommodation, well-equipped. Beautiful environment in the heart of nature. Be careful, vacation homes are under construction nearby, causing some noise disturbances but this should not last. Host not very responsive in communication but always responds to messages in the end. I recommend it.

Great stay, spacious and well-located house.

We just stayed at Martine’s accommodation and It was perfect we got to enjoy the pool as weather was hot it’s very close to Tomar and also close enough to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima We really enjoyed our stay and Martine was lovely very accommodating and making sure everything was ok for us I Highly recommended this accommodation

This countryside getaway is a hidden gem. We loved the luxurious apartment and the view over the fields of the sheep, goats and donkeys. We also enjoyed exploring the Serra da Lousâ on foot and by mountain bike. Lots to do here and Tom is a really helpful host.

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

What a wonderful stay we had at Sonia and Rui’s house. It was very well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were both very responsive, helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet with nice neighbours. There are 2 balconies with a lovely view of the lake, a barbecue, and the house itself is very spacious. The village shop is a short car journey, which is well stocked. We travelled mostly to Tomar (approximately 20 mins by car) where there are a fantastic range of larger supermarkets and restaurants. The direct water access was absolutely fantastic for us, and we spent most of our time on the water/at the lake. The launch itself is a short drive away, but not an issue to get to. The access to the lake is fairly steep, but walkable/accessible. Our 3 year old managed this fine, and couldn’t wait to go swimming in the lake everyday. There is also a shared condominium pool, and was quiet during our stay. We were sad to leave, but will be back!

Martjin & Corina were the best hosts we could ask for, made us feel welcome from the very first second. The whole place is lovely and suuuuper welcoming to who want to relax and connect with nature and a quiet place. They also know how to take care of their guest and have maaaaaany awesome tips and recommendations for activities and things to do around their place, such as Wakeboard Park, amazing natural pulls, hikes and the best restaurants in town. Their place is beautiful and meets all the details described on their page. I recommend it over and over again and hope to come back to this place as soon as we can.
