This was a first time experience of a lifetime! If you need to balance, detox your body mentally, physically and most importantly spiritually! Book this! The heat in the tomb like structure gets really hot like a sauna times 20! But long as you breathe and listen and relax and follow instructions you will get through the experience. It’s very serious to take it all in because it will be so helpful! I came with my sister and it was nice to have support, meet new propel and at the end they give you fresh fruit, guacamole and delicious hydrating special water. The host was gentle and nice and very much beautiful! I hope you enjoy as much as we did!
