Had fanatic experience tasting variety of Sake paired with Wagyu beef. The beef was prepared well in multiple styles, each preparation came with nice condiments and different sake. It was as much a learning experience as it was a great culinary one. The venue was intimate, nice little sake tasting restaurant in a lovey neighborhood also. What made it extra special was our host Tadashi! Awesome guy, very knowledgeable, explained things nicely for us and a joy to talk to and provided us lot of good tips and Information about Sake, Wagyu beef and all things Japanese Cuisine. Thanks Tadashi for making it one of the best experiences of our 2 week Japan trip! Highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Tokyo and I am so glad that one of the experiences we signed up for was this wagyu and sake pairing hosted by Yusuke. The wagyu and sake were all delicious and we learned so much of the history and flavors that we wouldn't have been able to learn on our own, but just being able to connect with Yusuke and other tourists was such a great experience. The time flew by. We'd definiately sign up for anything else Yuma, Yusuke and the team put together on our next visit. Fantastic experience. Thank you!!

Tadashi was an incredible host - this was by far our favorite food tour on our trip in Japan! It was great to learn about the tasting notes, background, and history of our food and sake while enjoying a delicious meal. Tadashi also had excellent stories and amazing tips for the remainder of our trip. We’d book again in a heartbeat and will recommend to all our friends!
