Tadashi was an incredible host - this was by far our favorite food tour on our trip in Japan! It was great to learn about the tasting notes, background, and history of our food and sake while enjoying a delicious meal. Tadashi also had excellent stories and amazing tips for the remainder of our trip. We’d book again in a heartbeat and will recommend to all our friends!

Had a great tasting class with Chizuru and (if I remember correctly) Tadashi! Definitely learned new things about Wagyu and sake that I never even thought about looking up. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the restaurant staff was also incredibly friendly. Overall, I thought it was a great experience and would absolutely recommend it and perhaps just do it again in the future.
