The shoot itself went okay, but the experience was awkward and disappointing overall. The photographer said she had to leave right after our 30-minute session to go across town for another shoot, but I stayed in the area to watch the sunset and later saw her there doing another session. There was really no reason to lie. Afterward, the edited photos came back with very poor resolution, and despite multiple back-and-forths and checking on several different devices, she kept insisting the problem was on my end. In the end, I had to just take the raw photos without any editing, so the service ended up being very poor value, rushed, and unprofessional.
