I have 10 years of experience teaching yoga, from my training in India to completing programs in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at U.C San Diego’s Medical School. Raised in Hawaii, I studied philosophy and meditation in South East Asia, and volunteered with students and monks. I am the founder of Beach | Sunset Yoga Hawaii and director of a wellness arm of a non-profit medical center. Our mission is to connect locals and visitors authentically to Hawaii’s nature and mindfulness.

Water and a Large Towel to practice or lay on, For practice on soft earth and grass -thinner materials allow you to feel the earth - thick mats make it more difficult for your body and joints be aligned and steady. After all, the earth was the original yoga mat.
