One of the best experiences I had in my 12 day visit to Japan. Dai-san and the chefs whose names I didn’t catch were wonderful hosts, with explanations of each dish and accompanying sake taking each of the courses to another level. Aa a restaurant server myself, Dai-san was incredibly personable and kind, making it a truly enjoyable experience and the best thing we did in Sumida city. Thank you again Dai and chefs!!
