Tulip season is from March 27th to May 10th. Tulips will be prettiest halfway through the season. Times depend on availability of the farm, you can buy tickets ahead of time to secure your spot. On Fridays they do sunset hours, other days it's until 6pm.
Shoot is an hour but it can get busy. I can be flexible in the timing but an hour is usually enough
