Earlier, my wife and I used Enrica to cook a meal for the two of us while we babysat our granddaughter and our adult children and their spouses went out to a restaurant. This time Enrica cooked for the whole family. Once again she served us a delicious meal with some items picked from her own garden that afternoon. This was a great way to spend a wonderful evening in Rome at "home" with the whole family. Enrica used to run a catering business and now mostly serves repeat private, local clients. She's a great find. I highly recommend her.

Enrica came to our Airbnb apartment and cooked an amazing meal for my wife and myself. As good as any restaurant we ate at in Rome. She's a lovely person, loves her role as chef, and cooked a four-course amazing meal. The stuffed zucchini flowers, spinach flan, and scallops were all wonderful! She completely washed the dishes and put everything away afterwards. I would highly recommend her!
