Chef Mauricio was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. During the planning process, he was incredibly communicative, patient, and consistently kind—making everything feel effortless and well thought out. He handled every update and request with ease, and went above and beyond by bringing both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages I had asked for—everything was accurate, organized, & accompanied by receipts, which I really appreciated. His approach was professional yet laid-back, & his presence was warm, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable. He arrived on time, came fully prepared, & delivered meals that were not only exquisite but clearly handled with care & attention to safety. I provided garrafones for cooking, and he incorporated everything seamlessly. Working with Chef Mauricio was easily one of my favorite experiences in Tulum.
