Chef Ian provided a care free, flavorful dinner for my wife and I as we celebrated her birthday and our first little getaway as a family of three. His expertise and precise planning were apparent throughout the entire meal. Every plate was excellent. We loved being able to experience such a high level of execution in the comfort of our Airbnb. Sad it was over so quickly!
