Albert came and cooked in the Airbnb accommodation we had rented. We are three generations, two small children. (6 people in total). Albert was warm and friendly and provided meals in appropriate sizes for the children. Four of us have special dietary needs due to allergies, but Albert could easily adapt the meal to that. We were served 3 delicious dishes, and the kitchen smelled wonderful while he was cooking. We didn't have to do anything ourselves, and Albert left the kitchen clean and tidy. When we made the arrangement, Albert provided 3 suggestions per dish for us to choose from. It was a wonderfully nice experience with a restaurant meal in our surroundings. Perfect for the kids. Albert is both an excellent cook, who allowed us to enjoy a very nice meal, and an excellent host: responsive before dinner, punctual, pleasant and educational once at home (he very kindly explained to my 11-year-old son how he cooked the meal!), and very pleasant during the service with each of the guests. He also left the kitchen perfectly clean.
