Five stars with no hesitation. I booked Chef Hamlet to create a surprise spread for my fiancée's bachelorette party, and he exceeded all of my expectations. From the jump, he was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The presentation was an absolute showstopper and had the group floored. Every detail was intentional and the food was just as impressive as it looked.
