A sensory reset that begins with a brief mood‑mist revival and an intuitively selected aromatic hand cleanse. We clarify what you’re seeking support with and set an intention. You explore a curated selection of essential oils and choose up to three that resonate. While you recline and rest, I create a simple bespoke product for you to take with you—an inhaler, rollerball, or mist—while your selected oils diffuse into the room with a gentle ambient soundscape.

We begin with a full aromatic‑waters attunement to help you shift into the present moment. We move into an intuitive conversation that clarifies what you’re seeking support with and allows a clear intention to emerge. You explore a curated selection of essential oils and identify up to five that resonate. While you recline and rest, your selected oils diffuse into the room as I prepare a bespoke aromatic product for you to take home. The session closes with a brief grounding experience.
