We enjoyed having Simone cook for us so much that we booked him for two nights in a row. Both meals were excellent, but the second was somehow even better. He prepared a true Roman menu with incredible fried vegetables, fresh pasta, and wonderful flavors throughout. Simone was warm, professional, and made the evenings feel effortless. What made it even more special was how effortlessly they made us feel like guests in our own home. Hiring Simone for a private chef was the highlight of our time in Rome. The food was absolutely amazing, easily the best meal we had during our entire trip. We were a large family of 14 and he provided an excellent meal for all the adults and a separate meal for the 4 children. Every course was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Beyond the cooking, Simone was a pleasure to work with, friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable throughout the evening.
