A calming and restorative Reiki and sound healing session designed to help regulate your nervous system, release tension, and return to a state of balance. You will relax comfortably on a professional massage table while immersed in therapeutic hands on healing and sound vibration. I use instruments like tuning forks, crystal and metal singing bowls, rattles, shakers, and bells. I also incorporate guided vocal toning from Qi Gong and yogic traditions to deepen your relaxation.
