With hard water, lather formation is poor, and dirt does not come off easily, while with soft water, excessive lather formation can lead to the removal of necessary sebum. We compared and verified this “relationship between water and the scalp environment” and conducted thorough research on the balance between cleansing power and moisturizing power.In addition, based on scalp diagnoses, we have developed treatment processes and dedicated care products tailored to individual conditions.As a result, we have developed a method that creates an ideal scalp environment, ensuring neither excessive nor insufficient cleansing.
