This menu can be family style or plated. I can accommodate allergies.

This meal includes Baja ceviche, a mix of local seafood cured in fresh lime juice, Coachella Valley dates with blue cheese and a chipotle aioli, a local greens salad with pistachios, citrus, goat cheese, and a wild honey vinaigrette. It also includes roasted halibut with snap peas, asparagus, onions, and aji verde, plus Santa Maria-style New York roasted potatoes with summer squash and a black garlic chimichurri. Dessert is also included.
