Chocolate Making 101: I come to you! Advanced Chocolate Making

I come to you! In this class, you will learn how to make two dairy-free ganache bases and temper chocolate using basic kitchen equipment. You will take with you the skills to then be able to create multiple variations of ganaches with other added flavors!
