Breathwork is a wonderfully effective practice with a multitude of benefits for overall health - mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. Each session is adapted for your desired outcome based on how you feel and how you want to feel. The breath is like a remote control for the nervous system and can be used to downregulate (calm) or upregulate (energise). Perfect whether you are experienced in breathwork or completely new. Remote via Zoom or in-person. Sessions can be 1:1 or in groups.

Relaxing, balancing, restorative, calming and healing. Reiki flows where it is needed most. This treatment is hands-on or hands-off, fully clothed. Each session is bespoke to the client and based on their needs. I am a Reiki Master Teacher as well as an Energy Codes Healer. Can be conducted remotely via Zoom or in-person.
