The Dish Hawai‘i grazing tables are beautifully arranged, abundant spreads customized for your celebration. Each table may feature artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, vegetables, crackers, breads, dips, sweets, and signature bites. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, showers, cocktail hours, and intimate gatherings. Vegetarian, vegan, pork-free, and other dietary accommodations are available. Every table is designed to impress, encourage mingling, and keep guests grazing!

I take you on a guided public hike. We can choose from beginner to intermediate. When we reach destination a meal will be prepared for you live in nature. Breakfast- eggs, bacon, & toast. Lunch- avocado toast with seared sirloin.

This includes a 3 course experience. Appetizer is either land or sea small tapa bites. Protein is agreed upon with client along with 2 sides. One vegetable and one starch. Dessert is a Banana Fosters or Berry Bread with Vanilla Ice Cream. Decor and Live Sax available upon request for additional fees
