[Best location to Kyoto&Osaka]Private House

It is lent to private house (capacity for 5 ppl). There is no parking. 5 minutes walk from Neyagawa-shi station. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk, and other convenience stores are within 5 minutes walk. Home door is an auto lock key with a surveillance camera. It is near from station but neighborhood is quiet for residential area, and as it is an old Japanese wooden building, it is not very soundproof. Partying is prohibited at this facility. We hope you can stay calmly and relax.

Highly recommend this place. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet. The room is clean, tidy and beautiful, the bed is very soft and comfortable. I really love my room! The host Sae is very kind and friendly. She will pick you up at the station on your arrival day and also drop you off at the station on your departure day. The last day of my trip, my flight has been canceled accidentally, Sae even let me stay until 1.30 p.m. Thank you so much, Sae, I hope I can come back again.

I may have to come to Osaka again for this homestay hahahaha. It's the first time I've stayed in a real homestay with the host. They are especially warm and friendly. I can feel that they are sincerely taking care of the homestay and treating every guest. They are still maintaining the facilities and hygiene late every day. Guests are alone on the first floor, so don't worry. It's a straight road to the station, easy to find, and convenient to go out. There are many local izakayas nearby. I recommend a shop that comes out of the station. You can eat fried rice. Chinese stomachs are blessed!There are many restaurants and big supermarkets across the alley, and there is Maimaima, which can be navigated nearby I have a super light sleep and sleep very well here every day. Basically, I don't have to worry about noise. The bed is fragrant and soft. Unfortunately, Betty the kitten has not been to my room hahaha. For the rest, please see the picture below.

I had was a great stay!! I stayed 4 nights here, my first time sleeping on a tatami and it was really comfortable. The host welcomed me with tea and snacks on the first day and allowed me to leave my luggage in the morning. While I didn't have time to sit and chat, the hosts are very responsive with any messages I had during the stay and even before check in as well. The neighborhood is really quiet at night, however, the room can get a bit noisy and it vibrates occasionally as it faces the main road where there's constant traffic. It was okay for me, but recommended to use earplugs to help you sleep better. Also, the house is a bit of a walk from the nearest station but there are shortcuts to cut down from a 10 minutes walk. It was a good stay for a couple nights!
