The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. Lunero is a charming one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom has an en-suite (the king-size bed can split into two singles on request), and a sofa bed converts into two singles with its own bathroom. Additional guests (over 2) are charged €15 per person per night for linens, cleaning, and utilities. There's a secure parking space for hire at €25 per night very near the room.
