Very nice 51 m2 2-room apartment in Sevres in a residence, where there is a garden with games for children and parking. The apartment has a large living room of about 18 m2, a beautiful kitchen, a 12 m2 bedroom and a bathroom. We have a table that can accommodate 6 people, a sofa and a wall screen. The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Thank you

Staying at Nicole’s place in Sèvres was truly one of the most heartwarming parts of my Paris trip. Her home is exactly as described in the listing. Nestled in a quiet, picturesque corner of Sèvres, her home offers the perfect retreat from the city’s hustle while still being incredibly well-connected, just a 30–45 min ride to all the main Parisian sights, and the bus stop is literally 30m from gate. But the real magic is Nicole herself. She is hands down one of the kindest and most gracious hosts I’ve ever met. Every morning, she surprised me with a new type of tea, each one more delightful than the last, and her Labenese za’atar is simply out of this world. Whether it was checking in on me when I got home late, answering messages instantly, or just sitting and chatting about the city, Nicole made me feel like I was staying with family. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying with Nicole again the next time I’m in Paris. Merci infiniment, Nicole 💛

Timothee’s communication was superb and good communication, I like the access of having elevator though tiny but good! Placed was very clean and tidy, very accessible on metro, grocery and restaurant! Total, I’ll for sure recommend Timothee place and will come back when we have another Paris plan in the near future! A lovely placed 😁😁
