Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Beautiful wooden cabin with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette (fridge, cutlery, plates and cups included), WiFi, TV, private parking... located in a large private garden of a villa. 100m from the Dolomites cycle path. Located in front of a beautiful pond. Includes cleaning and linen change every third day, excluding kitchenette. A fenced and private dog area (620 square meters) is available and included in the price. Outdoor barbecue available.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
