At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Cabins situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

It offers 2 double bedrooms with an additional single bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove, and a full kitchen. A few minutes from Tre Cime di Lavaredo (UNESCO), paths of the Great War, ski facilities of Sappada, Padola and Sesto, saunas and swimming pools of Sesto and San Candido, and Lake Braies. Beautiful wooden cabin with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette (fridge, cutlery, plates and cups included), WiFi, TV, private parking... located in a large private garden of a villa. 100m from the Dolomites cycle path. Located in front of a beautiful pond. Includes cleaning and linen change every third day, excluding kitchenette. A fenced and private dog area (620 square meters) is available and included in the price. Outdoor barbecue available.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
