In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

The Sibyl

The La Sibilla penthouse is located in the historic center of Macerata, a stone's throw from the Sferisterio. It offers an extraordinary panorama that stretches from the Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic Sea, while from the second terrace in the sleeping area you can look out over the rooftops of Macerata. You will be immersed in a peaceful setting, while still having all the amenities of the city center. The building has only 4 apartments and is equipped with an elevator.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.
