Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Second time staying at the apartment and just as flawless of an experience as the first time. Daniella was really responsive and ensured everything went smoothly.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Kiran was a responsive host and the place matched all the descriptions. The place is well located and quite central. It had also all the amenities needed.

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

An amazing stay and the host was very responsive and polite and gave proper instructions on how to check in. The place looked better than in the photos and will be looking to stay here for sure the next time I arrive in Dubai👍

I stayed at Nadeem’s place for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment is located at a very nice and main location in JBR residences area which is just 5 mins away from JBR beach and bla bla club. The nearest tram station is quite close as well which made commute easy. There are lots of supermarkets around the apartment to help you with any required items. The view from balcony is breathtaking and scenic. Nadeem was very responsive throughout the stay and helped with multiple queries before arriving as well. Overall - 8/10 ⭐️

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

Mary’s place was perfect for me, right next to the Dubai marina. Mary’s place had everything I needed, the bed was so comfy. It was really clean too. I felt very safe here and the people that work in reception in the building are helpful. If I needed anything or any questions Mary would be a message away. If I am ever back in dubai I will defo stay here again. Thanks again!

We had such an amazing stay at Basharatullah's apartment and can not reccomend it enough. Spacious, extremely clean flat with fantastic amenities and comfy hotel-like mattresses and bed linen. The location is great with Dubai Mall a 2 min walk away as well as superb views. The facilites are top spec with an impressive gym and large pool which is never too full. We particularly enjoyed the shallow kid's pool, which is shaded and that my 2 year old could stand in without being held. The kid's play areas are great and also shaded. The hosts' communication was superb from the initial booking through to check out. The instructions were clear and the facilities extremely easy to access and use. We also really appreciated the toiletries provided and the children's toys and books provided. The apartment was great value for money and I have already recommended it to some friends who are planning to visit Dubai. Thank you for such a fantastic stay Basharatullah!

It was everything we expected. It was comfortable, well located, and the common amenities were great. Furat was extremely prompt at all points to help with anything at all and we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely stay at Yasirs place everything just like the photos. Communication was good and he allowed me an early check in. Only suggestion is some mugs would be nice for tea and coffee, and some larger glasses and wine glasses, apart from that perfect. Thank you Yasir

One of the best apartments that I visited in downtown. So many small details that’s host take care of, good hair dryer in both bathrooms dry shampoo and a lot of other small things in kitchen. That’s showing you that they rly take care of guest, I will definitely comeback if I would be needed apartments in downtown

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.
