Accomodation corresponded to our expectations from the photos and the description. Even though we arrived late at night (2 a.m.) and had troubles finding the building in the handful of skyscrapers in Dubai, the communication with the owner and his assistant was prompt and helpful. The biggest advantages were very comfortable beds and the possibility to relax in the jacuzzi after a tiring day. We also loved the access in the apartment straight from the parking lot by private lift. It made life so much easier. Not to forget the perfect cleanness of the apartment. Our family had a great time and would love to come back in the future.

locatie, locatie locatie! top plek aan west palm beach met top restaurants en beachclubs. zwembad op het dak is leuk maar druk en wat rommelig. dit is geen probleem door alle mogelijkheden op loop afstand! het is een aanrader.

Wissem's place is incredible, from the start to finish the guys looking after Wissem's place were so helpful in every manner. Right when you arrive to the building someone is there to great you and help you with bags to the unit and show you around explain everything. When we need anything they would respond almost right away from Netflix not working simple message and 2 mins later working to having a microwave missing within 1 hour a brand new microwave at our door. A huge thanks to Daniel and suleman which are super guys. The location is unreal for the balcony the view is stunning of the Famous Burj Khalifa only 5-8 min walk to Dubai mall parking spot easy to navigate. the pool is fantastic the gym super I cant say enough good things about Wessim place I will 100 % bring my family back to this unit as it just felt like home and we stayed for 3 weeks from April 28-may 16th I want to say a huge thanks to all of them for making this stay as comfortable as possible!!

Very friendly and responsive host. The area felt like a little bubble of peace. Apartment was also clean and hats off to Maya for the Interior design. The Air quality is also a lot better from what you would expect from Dubai. If you want to break away from the chaos of Dubai this is the place Looking forward to come back when I’m back in Dubai!

Było idealnie❤️Wspaniała lokalizacja, nieskazitelnie czysto, na miejscu wszystko co potrzeba: kawa, herbata, cukier,kosmetyki, kuchnia wyposażona idealnie( jak w domu) My nie korzystaliśmy ze zmywarki ani pralki, co również było dostępne i bardzo ułatwia dłuższe pobyty.Żelazko, deska do prasowania i suszarka. Tu zwyczajnie nie można się do niczego przyczepić. Gospodarz Walid to niezwykle serdeczna osoba, która robi wszystko co w Jego mocy aby goście czyli cię cudownie. Zawsze serdecznie odpowiada na pytania i rozwiewa wszelkie wątpliwości- bardzo cierpliwy człowiek. To mój trzeci pobyt w Dubaju i już wiem, że znalazłam wreszcie miejsce na kolejny pobyt :) Dostęp do siłowni i super basenu, parking i bezpłatne wi-fi- wszystko na 100%. Za te pieniądze nie można chcieć więcej. Serdecznie dziękujemy i do zobaczenia.Polecam wszystkim!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. This was my second time staying at Hammad’s place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Hammad is a consistently excellent host responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s clear he puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hammad to anyone looking for a reliable and top-notch Airbnb experience.

Great place

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay - great apartment, great location and views. Apartment is spacious and clean. Amenities are good too, feels safe. One point (not the apartment's flaw) is that I hope the shared gym had more gym equipments, there are no dumbbells at all.

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

My friend and I visited Dubai for the first time. After a long search, we found Hichem’s apartment — and it was amazing! We arrived late at night, but Hichem was there to welcome us and guide us through the apartment. He explained everything clearly and even provided us with fresh fruit and water. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Dubai and were able to rest well in the apartment. Thank you very much, Hichem, for the excellent service!

The place is an absolute gem I couldn’t spend much time there will definitely try again to go there

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!
