This place is restful, vey clean, and quiet. We would not hesitate to return.

Katie’s property is a slice of heaven on earth. This is the third time my family has stayed in one of Katie’s cottages and we would never dream of staying anywhere else when we go to Lewiston. The cottages are immaculate and the grounds are beautiful. My 7 year old is obsessed with the zip line, the cats, and all the magical things on the property. The last time I stayed at Katie’s place, I had a family emergency and Katie went way above and beyond to offer support during a difficult time. Katie is a rare gem — she’s one of the kindest most generous people you’ll ever meet. By far our favorite Airbnb!

It’s an amazing place in a very peaceful area equipped with everything you will need for a vacation. A little bummer is that the pool is not too clean during our stay.

It was blistering hot in Redding, 104 when we arrived. They had the air conditioning set and running comfortably when we arrived. What a relief after 6 hours of driving!

Private area including nice patio facing Mountain View. Clean, free of clutter, great AC, comfortable bed, everything you could need including for simple meals. Stayed here between Yosemite and redwoods area as part of a 2 week north California trip. Easy and ~50 minute drive to NW entrance for a day trip to Lassen Volcanic national park; we also drove to the area where cinder cone is for hiking on the same day. Air b&b is close to many other nature areas. We also hiked at Castle Crag SP on our way to the redwoods (the way we chose to take). Would recommend!

Natalie was very kind and very quick to respond to my messages. We accidentally showed up a day early and she was prepared to get everything set up for us to stay right away since it was not booked that night. Her place is immaculate and so cozy and comfy! She thought of everything and you can tell she puts a lot of effort into making your stay perfect.

Great location, comfortable stay, definitely recommend the place.

Lysen’s place is always a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend it. She is very responsive and nice and her pace is very clean. We have stayed a few times and I look forward to staying again. It feels like a home away from home.

As my 5 Star ratings indicated, the place was easy to access, close to the heart of Redding, private parking, keypad entry, clean and cozy, all the essential kitchen supplies, and neighborhood quiet an peaceful. Recommend

Great space, cute and private. It had a small dinette area and everything you need. Small fridge, dishes, utensils, Keurig and coffee pods, etc The linens were clean and smelled great (I’m picky) :) Huge smart TV. Overall, great value for the space. Very sweet family. Thanks for having me.

Steve and Debra are great hosts and very responsive. It was my first time staying at a B&B so I was a little nervous about which one to book. I was happy I booked with them. When I arrived, I saw that it was exactly what was shown in the photos. It was very clean and private, had a good parking location and overall very comfortable. I am glad I found this B&B and recommend it for anyone wanting a clean, private and nice studio with nice hosts.

We were passing through town and stayed for one night. It was perfect for our group and one dog. The kids were able to run around while some fished. It was so relaxing and peaceful to be by the river. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a quick overnight stay at Haley’s place. It was comfortable. Recommend staying here!

My sister and I traveled to Redding to visit our sick grandparents, it was a trip we wernt looking forward too due to the circumstances…but honestly coming home to this rental was what we needed. Clean, quiet, and just what we needed to decompress from our day. I would highly recommend staying here, Marc was a great host.
