CITQ 308877 Small cottage located on the edge of a lake that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people on a unique site. Small kitchenette and bathroom with shower & sink as well as a dry toilet. Bedroom upstairs with double bed as well as 2 single beds (benches) on the ground floor. Access to the land as well as the lake, several walking trails nearby. Possibility of renting a rowboat or canoe. No other residence other than the chalet and the owner on the estate.

3-season cottage located in a real little natural paradise made up of forests, lakes and rivers: Domaine Tavibois. The Estate includes 21 rental cottages on more than 38 acres of land. On this land, there are two lakes, waterfalls, several walking trails as well as a river and a natural pool. Possibility to rent kayaks. The chalet is located 9 minutes' drive from the village of Hérouxville, 10 minutes from St-Tite, and 38 minutes from La Mauricie Park.

Behind a small grove, the bungalow is discreetly located behind a notary office. with two mini-service centers 1-2 min. walking distance. The little gazebo that dresses the front door gives the impression that a stop time is necessary. A short walk will get you to a small park that encourages you to take a meditative walk. Everything in the bungalow is new, you get a workspace, free parking, an outdoor electrical outlet, smart TV and 5G wifi., desk.

The tiny house, spa and sauna

The Tiny house is our ideal little chalet for a couple or a small family. The cottage has a wood burning fireplace outside. Only 4 chalets have access to the spa and sauna, one hour per day in private. The chalet is located on our 28 hectare private campground. Direct acces to snowmobile trail#351. We are located in the heart of Mauricie for outdoor activities it is the ideal place! Do not hesitate to ask us for information.

Just 1 hour from Montreal, relax at the Chalets du Jolimont in one of the 15 chalets built with wood from the estate by Jean François, owner, nature lover and ecological construction enthusiast! The estate includes a lake, volleyball and badminton courts, 6 km of hiking trails, 13 refuge cottages (2-4 people) without electricity or running water, as well as 2 cottages with electricity for more amenities (8-16 people).
