Four mountain ranges are visible from our elevated property; it also borders a farm so you might observe cattle grazing. The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.

The private entrance is down a stone-stepped path. Perfect for 2 w/ the queen bed but room for 3 w/ the living room futon. Fully equipped kitchen. Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.
