Holiday rentals with a patio in Shëngjin

It was a nice place, close to the beach, very clean, just like in the pictures. Highly recommended for family and friends.The host was helpful and friendly too

Nicest stay in Shengjin so far. Newly updated apartment is a must see. Host is friendly and located one floor above. Air conditioning in each room is rare to find. Made our stay perfect.

Будинок знаходиться і правда біля самого пляжу. (10 м.). Можна виходити в самому купальнику. Поряд є магазини і безліч ресторанів, де можна скуштувати морепродукти за досить гарними цінами. Ідеально для сімей з дітьми. Якщо хочете розваг то за півгодини ходьби знаходиться центр міста де ви знайдете нічні клуби та луна-парк. Господар знаходиться не в Албанії, але на всі наші потреби реагував вчасно. Єдиний мінус так це вода з крану. Взагалі не придатна до використання. Але це притаманно всім приморським містечкам.

Stället var helt nytt, väldigt fräscht! Vi hade utsikt från balkonger både mot bergen och mot havet, så vackert och stranden var precis utanför dörren. Väldigt trevlig personal och bra restauranger i huset. Det var bara att berätta för Glorida om vi saknade något, så ordnade hon det direkt! Jag rekommenderar alla att komma hit, både för boendet och för den storslagna naturen i regionen.

The apartment is brand new with all the amenities needed. It is located in the newly built apartment building, some 4 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Bed were very comfortable, wi-fi working with no problems, TV with cable channels, washing machine functional and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a seaview with very nice balcony. The only drawback of this listing is that the air-conditioner is placed in the bedroom which made it a bit hard to cool down the whole apartment.

The apartment was very good. It was comfortable and with all the necassary appliances, gadgets and utensils. There is also a nice patio where you can relax. Check in was easy as the host gave clear instructions and was always proactive in asking if we needed something or if something was missing. Would like to come back again.

We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly—it felt like home. Thank you Nard and your lovely family

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich direkt am Strand. Man kann aus den Fenstern das Meer sehen. Sander ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Er war sehr lieb zu unseren Mädchen, sie hatten viel Spaß mit ihm. Seine Schwester hat unsere Tochter geschaukelt, als Sander den Rasen gemäht hat. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

great place to stay for local shopping and visiting friends or family..Klaudio was very responsive and helpful.. clean and spacious fast wifi cold fridge hot stove everything you'd need to relax or play.. also a secure parking spot but the neighborhood is very safe too. 😊

If you're looking for a tranquil getaway, Andrea's riverside cottage is an excellent choice. Lea and I spent five super-relaxing days there. The Airbnb is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are even essentials like sugar, salt, vinegar and oil available. A few very nice restaurants are within walking distance. You're also not far from of the Albanian border, so if you're planning to visit other spots in Montenegro, such as Kotor and Perast, it's going to be a bit of a drive.

Lovely, spacious, very clean apartment with everything we needed. Having two shower rooms was great with 3 boys needing a shower after the beach. Nice, clean kitchen area with plates, equipment, cutlery for preparing meals etc. Air con was in every room. Location ideal, minutes from the supermarket and about 10min walk to the beach/cafes. Lots of free parking. Can use pool if you'd like. Had a great time thank you.

Everything was great during our stay. Apartment is new and shiny clean. Everything what is needed for long stay is there, air conditioning in both rooms. Gentjan provided us with all the cleaning and bathroom essentials which was very kind of him. All the communications with the host was also pleasant. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing which wasn’t good for us is power outages, those happened only during off-season (October), because I suppose some constructions were done. Nothing too long, but inconvenient for those who work remotely. Other than that, I totally recommend the place and host!

Excellent communication, Xhoni is really friendly! The apartment was located in a perfect spot right by the beach (a minute walk if that). Clean, modern and very well thought out with tons and tons of little conveniences to make you feel completely at ease. As an aside, our little boy more than enjoyed the PS4 during the nights. Definitely recommended for any future bookings! Thanks for making our stay brilliant!
