Kuca ima 50m2 unutrasnjeg prostora i 50m2 terase, bastu, natkriveni privatni parking za vise auta i izlaz na reku. U blizini kuce se nalaze glavni asfaltni put, restorani , male prodavnice( 200m), plaza, kite baze, plazni barovi(1,5km)

Two new bathrooms and one almost done and double bed added (see last two photos). 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, big balcony and separated kitchen make it very comfortable and spacious for families or group of friends. There is also small balcony behind too. Best area to avoid traffic jams. Beaches and kite-surf beaches are 1-2 km away, Ada Bojana is 4 km away and shops/restaurants are all within 1/2km.There are two A/C (one in bedroom 1 and hall for bedrooms 2/3) +Washing machine +Optic net/cable TV

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

There are plenty of markets and restaurants in walking distance from the house. We can provide free on-premises parking.
