Do poznatih noćnih pabova možete doći petominutnom šetnjom. Prodavnica je udaljena 200 metara. U dvorištu možete koristiti roštilj za pripremu obroka, a obezbijeđena su i 3 parking mjesta. Sojenica je pogodna za porodice sa malom djecom. Povrsine je 35 m² i sastoji se od dvije sobe, kupatila i kuhinje i ima veliku natkrivenu terasu (40 m²).

Two new bathrooms and one almost done and double bed added (see last two photos). 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, big balcony and separated kitchen make it very comfortable and spacious for families or group of friends. There is also small balcony behind too. Best area to avoid traffic jams. Beaches and kite-surf beaches are 1-2 km away, Ada Bojana is 4 km away and shops/restaurants are all within 1/2km.There are two A/C (one in bedroom 1 and hall for bedrooms 2/3) +Washing machine. +Optic net/cable TV

Groovy Cabin

The cabin is located on a river Bojana , close to the city of Ucinj.. Close to the beach , close to markets and restaurants. The house is new , finished in July and still keeps the natural smell and energy from its main part - wood . How its look like you can see on photos , but how it smells - you'll have to come and give it a try :D If you're a nature lover , you will have an opportunity to enjoy in a peaceful environment and natural habitats of many flora and fauna species.

From its spectacular sunrise views, to breathtaking sunset views, the apartment is placed in the beautiful Rana hedhun in Shengjin in the northen Albania. 50 minutes from Tirana, near Croatia, Montenegro,Macedonia and Kosovo. The aparatment was built in may 2017, and as you can se its influenced by the swedish standard in kitchen and beds. There is a new pool 50 meters from the apartment that belongs to the Inheritor Hotell.

This apartment has a spectacular view of the sea, as illustrated in the pictures. Two rooms, a kitchen and a balcony in which you can enjoy the view and even eat there, if you please. The place is very clean and organized. Restaurants, bars and groceries are all nearby. The beach is right in front of the complex. Perfect place for a family vacation.
