Everything was great. The water did not get overly hot in the shower, but it was still good!

The place was everything we wanted ton our stay. Sarah was fantastic in responding to any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was fantastic. We especially loved the shed with pickleball, shuffleboard, bags, etc. and the pool and hot tub. The home had plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 9. The well-stocked coffee bar, laundry facilities and the nice bathrooms especially stood out. We enjoyed having soap dispensers available at every sink including the kitchen. Dishwasher pods and laundry pods were provided, unlike many other air bnbs we’ve stayed in. The location was great as we did Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Museum, many distilleries and the Horse Park at Lexington. No issues whatsoever but Kaelie stayed in touch throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Our groups stay at the farmhouse was lovely! The surroundings were beautiful, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the separate game room from the house was super convenient! Between the house, game room, fire-pit, and pool/hot tub there is plenty to keep everyone happy and occupied. We had one issue with a shower not draining well and the host responded to my message immediately and sent over a handyman who was very nice and addressed the problem so it worked perfectly for the remainder of our trip.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Super clean, super comfortable. The beds and pillows are amazing. I would highly recommend this house for any gathering. We were a group of four men doing bourbon trail related things, and relaxing at night next to the fire pit and in the hot tub.

Nicole was, without a doubt, the best host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with thoughtful touches thoughtfully placed throughout the home—each one clearly personalized with our family in mind. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a close friend’s house. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was spotless. Nicole’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.

Lisa and Brad are stellar hosts!! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to welcome us back to their lovely home for our second family vacation. The house is beautifully furnished and the property is pristine. This is the perfect rental for a family stay; excellent location, close to town for groceries and necessities and not a far drive from many major attractions.

We absolutely loved Pinehurst Ranch and plan to return within a year or two. We stayed 2 weeks - may stay longer next time. Easy to find location close to everything. Spotless with everything you may need in the kitchen. My husband is 85 and I'm almost 80, so it was great to find a place all on one level that was easy to get in and out of, and I use a walker. Responsive and helpful hosts.

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Extremely clean but the hosts also provided basic things like snacks, drinks, and coffee for the keurig. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house looks exactly like the photos. We hung out in the garage every night and had a blast. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 in there and plenty of activities to entertain us all. There are TVs in 3 of the bedrooms and 3 community spaces, so people also have the option of doing their own thing if they prefer. The bedrooms are spacious with huge closets. I like being able to unpack and put all my luggage away when I travel, so this was amazing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was also nice. The house is located just down the road from Bulleit Distillery and about 25 minutes from Buffalo Trace, which is our favorite distillery, so that worked out great. From there, we could get to any distillery we were interested in visiting in about 45 minutes or less. The host of the property was fantastic to work with and was very responsive. I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. I highly recommend this home!

We stayed at The Farmhouse during a trip for a baseball tournament. We chose it for it's wheelchair accessibility and it did not disappoint! The ramp outside and the extra large doorways were a huge help for my Dad while he was maneuvering in & out of the home. The location was private, peaceful, and beautiful. The house was spacious, had comfortable beds and furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, and clean bathrooms. Our only note is that the upstairs bedroom was hot!!! We found a window air unit in a closet and put it in. It would have been nice if that had been done prior to our arrival. The hosts we're quick to answer questions we had and helped us anyway they could. Wonderful place to stay!

When we come back I hope we can get the same unit!! It’s was clean, organized and had a few extras!! It felt just like home!!

We loved our stay at Shelby’s “Dark horse “ home. Easy to find as it and was an eye catcher as well as the mailbox . when you walk in you immediately felt at home. The level of creativity and artistry in the decorating style was enchanting and delightful! The beds were super comfortable. They had the air conditioners on to welcome us into a cool and comfortable abode. We did cook in we had everything that we needed to prepare our meal in a clean kitchen. The outside area was so nice. It did not work out well for us due to the temperatures being in the high 90s so we didn’t get to enjoy sitting around the fire pit but we did enjoy the grill! There were so many special unique touches to give us a warm feeling . And room for 2 cars was a plus! We were weary travelers while traveling through from San Diego and Virginia so we were road tired but found complete comfort and rest at “Dark Horse” . Another thing to note is that the showers have great pressure! Thank you Shelby!

Great location and beautiful home. Definitely a go to place to stay for spending time at beaver lake.

Comfortable, clean, great coffee maker, everything we needed for a small group dinner. Though our stay was brief, we even had time to enjoy some ping pong. Just 8 minutes from Broad Run Park in the Parklands.

Clean excellent spacious lovely wonderful place to land couldn’t have asked fir a better place to stay outside of Louisville in the country THANKS!!!!!

Anna’s place was so perfect and peaceful. My friends and I had training all weekend and it was so nice to not have anything to worry about. We didn’t have to buy extra things because all the necessities plus way more were provided. Anna had homemade cinnamon rolls and fresh eggs, waters in the refrigerator, snacks on the counter, coffee, creamer you name it. I will definitely be back.

This was one of my favorite Air BNB stays to date. The cottage was so incredibly beautiful. It was super well stocked, clean, and there was a great amount of information about the property. We will definitely be back.

We loved staying here. Super clean and cozy- feels like home. The fenced back yard was perfect for our little blind senior chihuahua. He didn’t have any anxiety and was able to relax during our stay. Nearly everything is provided for you- the stay is basically turn key. It’s not SUPER close to much of anything, so I would recommend planning your meals ahead of time, or stopping by the grocery store after arriving. Overall, fantastic experience!

i personally really enjoyed it as a small trip for me and my partner, but the neighbors were very noisy, and construction in the area made it difficult to find. Matt didn't respond to my question at all about resending the link for a later check out due to future problems that popped up. I didn't even here from him at our scheduled check out time. it was a lovely home, but would just be a one time visit.
