Our stay at Akhil’s Place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Akhil was an excellent host, always ensuring we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was the sightseeing tour of Shimla with Akhil and his car. He showed us some amazing spots, making the experience even more memorable. His hospitality and warm nature truly made us feel at home. I will definitely visit again, and I highly recommend Akhil’s Place to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in Shimla!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in the hills. The property is beautifully maintained — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always available to help with any requests. What makes this place truly special is its location — tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You wake up to fresh mountain air and serene views, and there are plenty of mini treks and walking trails around to explore. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat!

We had a very good experience at the property. The property is well situated which gives a 270 degree view of the valley. Services were up to the mark especially the cook who provided good food. Although the snacks were not that great but the main course prepared was good. We had 2 dogs and they were also very comfortable as there was lot of space for them to roam around.

Words cannot do justice. The views are unhindered and majestic. Location is picturesque. It is a vintage property and has modern amenities like heated rooms, high quality blankets, comfortable mattresses and bathrooms. The property is evidently someone’s home with history written all over the place. Innumerable books gives company. The furniture has lovely carving and carpets are breathtaking. Food is delicious and communication impeccable. We had 3 dogs with us and there is enough and more space for them to play.

I have been to Shimla many times but this vacation was special as I took my complete family including my old age mom for the first time. Thanks to Punita's Airbnb which had parking right at the house and open garden space for us to chill out. The rooms were are very clean and kitchen had all the essentials. Bonus is prime location as it is just 5 min drive to Mall road. Thanks to Punita for being excellent host who helped with all my request. Would definitely visit there again.

😀 - The complete experience of the stay is awesome...The staff of Anand mai retreat helped us get to the property.The property itself is very nicely located, overlooking the ranges and has a great vibe to it. It's very well laid out with well.appointed rooms and a great staff! The property gets the morning sun and has nice lawns to enjoy the outdoors. The cook at the property, is excellent with the menu. The food is good and very well cooked. All other details are taken care of asper requirement. 😊

This has by far been our best home stay all over the world. The hospitality was impeccable. My recommendation is to ditch any outside food and just eat all your meals here. They have a vast menu and a chef who did full justice to it. The home has everything you need to be tucked way in the hills: I can name a few things that made our stay exemplary. A pool table, FANTASTIC food served from breakfast to snacks to dinner (even a meal like rajma chawal tasted out of the world!; full compliments to the chef); very detail oriented, warm staff who was always available to us; mattress warmers; bonfire, breakfast on the deck..and the lsit continues. The hostess even went out of the way to arrange almond milk from Chandigarh for me since I am lactose intolerant. Blair and the host family did thier very best to ensure this experience was very special for all of us. LOVED IT

I did a very last minute booking but the property was clean are ready by the time we reached at the property. Ankit was responsive and was clear with the instruction we were handled another staff who was very helpful with local recommendation and direction made it very easy for us to reach. They serve home made food which was warm and delicious the caretaker maintained the standard of cleanliness and was very prompt with service didnt face any issues during the stay too. Kudos to the entire team for managing the property so beautifully would be back soon. Thank you for hosting us.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this property. From the moment my friends and I arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The communication was excellent; the host and the team were quick to respond to any questions we had and provided great service throughout. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the aesthetics, amenities, and decor. The location was perfect for taking a break from the city's hustle and for relaxing in peace with the in-house heated pool. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This is a great place with nice private pool with amazing views. Nice food was made by caretaker Jitendra! Would recommend if you’re looking for a private and peaceful getaway!

We went on an all boys trip and we had a wonderful time. It was a huge property and on nice location. Rooms were big and they had many outside sitting areas to chill out. Property does have a swimming pool too. The property is far away from the hustle bustle and was at a lonely place. Food was decent. The hosts were amazing. I would recommend the property to those who want to spend quality time with their friends and family close to nature.

Amazing stay! Me and my family had an incredible experience at the property. All our special requests were accepted by the team and they made everything very easy for us. Our stay at Kashi Villa was our first experience of an Airbnb in India & it could not have been better! We were a party of 10 with 3 generations & every one enjoyed the stay alike. The property was beautiful & tucked away from the hustle-bustle of the town. One doesn't need to go anywhere, the property itself has a lot of natural beauty to offer. Rachana was such a gracious hostess; Gangaram ji & rest of the staff took care of everything in between. I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants to enjoy quiet time in the hills.

Wifi is an issue for people trying for some workation. The food was really good and the place was clean when we arrived. The staff was very cooperative and tried to fulfil every request.

The villa is beautifully made. The entire staff - Mr Akhil, Mr Krish, Ms Poonam and Ms Meera were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
