There are 2 bedrooms + a fully equipped kitchen & dining room + a bathroom with a bathtub, and it can accommodate 6 people. We worked with local designers and artisans to transform a former private home into a sustainable guest house. While retaining the nostalgic charm, "I want you to enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere unique to the seaside!"This is a cottage with such a feeling. Minimalist furniture and luxurious interior, ocean views from large windows, and a spacious living room with a 100-inch projector. 30 meters to the white sand shore, you can access the beach barefoot. Perfect for private time with loved ones. There is a hot spring (700 yen per adult), a Himonya, a morning vegetable market, and a delicious bakery within walking distance. You can experience the atmosphere of an old fishing village everywhere. The facility is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and features a Smart TV, making it ideal for long-term stays or as a base for workation or Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove (gas), cooking utensils, dishes, and simple seasonings. We also have a large number of free rental items available for guests.Bicycles, kickboards, etc. are available for free, so feel free to use them for walking during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please check the house rules for details. In addition, smoking is prohibited in the facility, so please smoke outdoors. The floor plan and color are slightly different, but we have the same basic size and fixtures. It may differ from the room in the photo. Thank you for your understanding. Facilities: There is a twin room with two single beds, a Japanese-style room with three futon sets, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a covered terrace, a table for barbecuing, and a washing machine.
