"A scenic place loved by the people of Manyo" Miyataki is a small hamlet in Yoshino, the beautiful home of Manyō, which is a World Heritage Site and is also said to be "Japan's top cherry blossom viewing spot." Miyataki was once the site of the emperor's secondary residence, "Yoshinomiya," and is also a place steeped in history where the "Jinshin Rebellion" took place. Many poems praising the scenic beauty of Miyataki are included in the Manyoshu. This area, where the clear Yoshino River flows, is known as one of the best river play spots in the Kansai region, and it is crowded with many river play visitors during the summer vacation period. We decided to renovate a 100-year-old traditional house where my grandparents lived for many years as umbrella and lantern craftsmen in Miyataki and revive it as "Chouchin no Yado". Taking advantage of its location "right by the river where you can play", this accommodation is easy to use even for large groups such as multiple households or friends. We hope you will use it as a base for sightseeing in Yoshino, river activities, and BBQs while feeling the breath of history and nature. There is a private sauna and a water bath (tarai) in the courtyard. If you love saunas, please come and enjoy them.

OPEN March 20, 2026 Nestled in the mountains of Nara and Yoshino, surrounded by greenery, lies the quiet, one-day, one-group-only traditional Japanese inn, B&B Mori no Akari.(The name means "Light of the Forest") ⚫︎ During your stay, breakfast and dinner handmade by the owner are included (please refer to the photos). ⚫︎ We can also accommodate pescatarian and vegetarian meals. The kitchen area is shared with Hotos.The rest of the space is reserved for your exclusive use, and you can enjoy your time freely, just like when you rent the entire property. A spacious area of approximately 230 m² can accommodate up to 8 people.Ideal for family or group trips.There is also easy access to Yoshinoyama, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, and Kimpusenji Temple, a World Heritage Site. We have preserved the historic beams and tiled roofs while creating a comfortable environment for your stay.The tranquility of the mountains, the soft light that illuminates the night.Here, you can take a break from your daily routine. Due to the abundant natural environment, we recommend that you come by car. (If you wish, we can arrange transportation to and from the nearest train station.) Guest house Kisansei Seseragi

The guesthouse where the green water boils from Mt. Yoshino creates a high waterfall and pours it into the elephant creek. Manyo singers and travelers are also nostalgic and nostalgic. Enjoy a day of relaxing in nature and life since ancient times. Dinner and breakfast are not provided. Feel free to use the kitchen, cooking utensils, refrigerator, etc. and cook and bring your own. * You'll also need to bring condiments. One room is 1,000 yen. It can be used by 2 people. It's non for one person only. Extra person ¥5,000 (However, it is 2,000 yen for elementary and middle, and preschool children are free). Suzukakean This is a private house about 140㎡ in size, located next to the clear stream of Amakawa Village. Maximum of 10 people. Ideal for families and group trips. It also has excellent access to popular tourist destinations such as Hirakawa Onsen, Mitarai Valley, Amagawabenzaiten, and Mizuhanoyu. The room has a spacious layout, so you can relax while feeling the nature. It is fully equipped with a barbecue stove, a cycle rack, a baby crib, etc. Enjoy a special time with friends and family while listening to the river. Wi-Fi is available for workations. Makomo House, a traditional Japanese house surrounded by Makomo fields, for rent with a campfire and Goemon-style bath

Makomo House is located in a mountain village at an altitude of 500 m on the Oku-Mikawa Plateau in Nara The 100-year-old house is a private rental. Makomo-no-ta, which is said to be "the grass where God dwells", spreads around the inn, and you can relax in your room and feel the "Makomo breeze". You can enjoy the "Medicinal Herb Makomo Bath" at the Irori back table and the Goemon bath, where the well water is heated with firewood. There is no TV or wifi, so why not turn off your digital devices and turn on your own sensibilities? Enjoy the soothing sounds of nature, such as the rustling of makomo leaves, the babbling of the river, the chirping of birds, the chorus of frogs, and the sound of deer.

There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.
