It is a 130-year-old old private house that remains until the final selection at the reconstruction grand prize held by the Kominka Revitalization Association.All interiors have been renovated, and there is also optical line Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1 to 2 people).Four cars can be parked.Recommended for family vacations, remote work, and longer stays. It takes about 90 minutes to Nikko by general road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochinoki Family Land in amusement park, so it is also ideal as a base for sightseeing. It takes about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, 10-15 minutes to the large supermarket such as Aeon, and the convenience store. It can accommodate up to 4 people, but the basic price is up to 2 people.There is an additional charge of 5,000 yen per person depending on the additional number of people. Depending on the season and the number of people, up to 8 people may be able to stay, so please contact us in advance. 　It is a good accommodation for groups.The large living room has plenty of board games for everyone to play with.Spacious veranda with a nice sunset. 　There are several sightseeing trails with sightseeing boats (5min walk), a famous sightseeing boat station in Tochigi (5min walk), and a 30-minute sightseeing map with a sightseeing map in one hand.I recommend sightseeing in Tochigi City for an early check-in. 　Recommended near hot springs, Tochigi Onsen Yuru no Sato (10 minutes by car), Kashiwakura Onsen Taikokanaku (15 minutes by car), Tamagawa-no-Yu (Kinfishyu) where you can taste the feeling of Showa retro.
