- 日本家屋を愉しむ　まろや- 「まろや」は大正時代に伝統構法で建てられた杢目の美しい家です。 四半世紀空き家でしたが、現在有志の協力を得ながら改修中です。遠州の歴史と文化を感じていただける貴重な建物です。次代に繋げるべく、大切にご利用いただける方の予約をおまちしております。　 台所で簡単な調理をして頂けます。かまどで炊飯の体験も可能です。ご希望の方は管理人にお声がけください。 お手伝いさせていただきます。 網戸がありません。ときどき虫がお騒がせいたします。初夏には近隣の水路沿いで蛍が姿を見せることもあります。 *貸切ですが、別棟に管理人が住んでおりますのでご安心ください。ご案内が必要な際にはお声がけください。 *敷地内に喫茶コーナー（時々展示品もございます。）を併設しております。門から喫茶コーナー付近は人の出入りがある場合があります。 9月20日から２週間、ジュエリー作家の展示販売あります。こちらもどうぞお楽しみください。 *飼い猫が数頭おり、家屋に出入りすることもあります。猫好きな方歓迎です。 ご利用料金は、今後の敷地内整備、建物の修繕費用に使わせていただきます。

It is located in a residential area, about 10 minutes by car from the border between Aichi and Shizuoka. The ocean, mountains, and lakes can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The property is only 7 minutes walk from a streetcar stop, which is one of the most valuable in Japan. Free parking is available on site. The small wooded yard has fir and oak trees over the 3rd floor. The sunset gradient from the deck and the 3rd floor balcony is beautiful The house has a Scandinavian interior.

徳川家康誕生の地である城下町岡崎において、閑静な住宅地域にある一軒家です。近くには、スーパーマーケット、映画館、ショッピングセンター、スーパー銭湯、レストラン、ケーキ屋などがあり、生活に便利な所です。 　名古屋まで電車で30分くらいで移動でき、日本の中心に位置するので、全国どこへでも行くのに便利です。 　 公共交通: ❶岡崎駅(Railway station)と男川駅(名古屋鉄道)に近く、岡崎駅から③番のバスで5分くらい「不吹」で下車、北に歩いて2分宿泊施設に到着できます。 ❷(名古屋鉄道)東岡崎駅から⑨番バスで10分〜15分くらい「不吹」バス停で下車。 ❸(名古屋鉄道)男川駅から徒歩で10分〜15分くらい到達できる所です。 ❹自動車、高速道路の場合は岡崎インターから出て5〜10分くらい。一般道路の場合は国道1号線でカーナビで「岡崎自動車学校を目指して簡単に到達できます。
