Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Other things to note COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the Omicron outbreak AIRBNB has suggested that I ask guests to bring their own sheets and towels. The house has one full size bed (not a queen) and four twins. GREAT location Right off Route 72, last turn before the causeway bridge. Parkway Exit 63. Relaxing view of the lagoon. Sit and watch the boats go by. IDEAL for events at The Mallard or Bonnet Island . Groups of single people under the age of thirty are encouraged to look elsewhere.
