Wonderful and peaceful place to stay. Vaibhav was so helpful. I was surprised to know they had a milk packet stored in the fridge that we can make use of to make morning coffee.

Staying at Rajeev’s Vedic Homestay was a peaceful and grounding experience. Rajeev is a warm and helpful host who also guided us with great tips about nearby temples. The food here was truly exceptional. Each sattvik, home-cooked meal felt nourishing and thoughtfully prepared. Rajeev used a variety of unique local vegetables in creative ways—like jackfruit seeds in the sambar, and soft, fragrant cucumber idlis that were entirely new to us. From homemade chutneys to traditional dishes like puliogiri and seasonal curries, every meal was flavorful, light, and deeply satisfying. Eating here felt like being welcomed into a sacred kitchen. The homestay is beautifully designed with Vedic décor, hawan equipment, and a calm, spiritual energy. Rooms are clean and peaceful, and the pool is well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing dip. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic, soulful hospitality in Gokarna. Will be coming back for sure !

Coastal Pearl offers a well-equipped stay in Murdēśvar. Mr. Vasanth was very responsive when sharing the contact number of Mr. Nagaraja, the caretaker. He shared the location of the property with us (the location on AirBnB was not the actual location, for safety reasons, I suppose). There is ample parking space. The air-conditioned bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with a high-quality mattress and clean sheets. The quilt is sufficiently warm (you probably won’t need it). There is a large almirah and bedside drawers for storage. The dining-kitchen is also air-conditioned and comes with a table-for-four, fully modular kitchen with a gas-stove and all essential supplies. You have a television if needed. Bathroom is squeaky-clean and equipped with a geyser, shaving mirror, shower and WC. Note that the property is a bit outside the town, so you probably need a vehicle to get to the temple. All in all, a perfect stay for visitors.

This place is one of the best in area. It is close to lot of activities as well as religious places. It was clean, and we enjoyed our stay here. Although we checked in late, the caretaker Santosh was present to receive us and help us with all the things and information we needed. He is gentle, sweet and thoughtful about the guests' needs and provided support accordingly. The interactions we had with him were genuine and honest. The local people were nice too, even towards us strangers. They gave out way for our vehicles without even asking or hinting for it. The amenities were well thought out to accommodate guests including families and kids. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit this area.

The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. We stayed at this place for 6 days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is well-maintained and equipped with all the essential facilities, making it perfect for longer stays. The peaceful, lush green surroundings created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a short distance from the beach, the Kemmunu hanging bridge, and the kayaking spot. The road leading to the beach was absolutely beautiful. A special mention goes to our host, Alwin uncle, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He not only made us feel welcome but also gave us great recommendations for local places to eat and visit. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and tranquil getaway.
