House is near the long beach(400-500m), it has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and a toilet. House is suitable for families (with kids), it has a big yard for kids to play and enough space for parking. The house also has air condition, WiFi, TV, a proper kitchen and a balcony. House is near pine forest so there is a lot of fresh air.
