The nearest ski resort (Hachimantai Resort Panorama Ski Resort) is about 5 minutes away by car. Appi Kogen Ski Resort can be reached in 20-30 minutes in summer and 30-40 minutes in winter (about 18 km). Dragon Eye can be accessed in about 30 minutes from the parking area at Miodori Pass. Regarding vehicles, since this is a snowy area, we recommend that you come with a 4WD vehicle when using it in winter for skiing/snowboarding, etc. For two-wheel drive and FF vehicles, depending on the model, it may be better to bring chains, so if you are concerned, please contact us in advance. We accept reservations for one group per day. The maximum number of people who can stay here is 10 people. It is often used as a base for Tohoku trips by classmates, company colleagues, and multiple families. Please relax in the spacious space. Of course, even one person can stay privately. Please let us know by message at the time of booking, as children under 12 years old will be charged a reduced rate of 3,300 yen (tax included) per person per day. We will change the amount after the discount. The strolling garden across the street, which can be reached in one minute on foot, is said to have been called the "Oyaku-en" because it was used to cultivate medicinal herbs for Morioka Castle. This house, located just in front of it, has a sign that reads "Oyakuenmae" and started offering private lodging in April 2026.
