House holiday rentals in Shkodra Lake

Wir können das Haus von Nadia und Val in Montenegro auf der Halbinsel Luštica absolut empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Urlaubstage genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch besser... ;). Es war top sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat die Architektur zum einen an die Toskana aber auch mit den schönen Fliesen an Portugal erinnert. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und diesen sogar von allen drei Schlafzimmern. Der Garten ist mediterran und wunderschön mit Olivenbäumen, Lavendel, Rosmarinstauden, Orangenbäumen gestaltet und der Infinity-Pool ist ein kleines Highlight. Val hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und stand bei allen Fragen und Anliegen immer für uns zur Verfügung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön dafür!

Wir haben 1 Woche zu 3t in der tollen Unterkunft übernachtet bevor es weiter für uns in den Süden ging. Wir kamen spät am Abend mit dem Mietwagen an. Im Kühlschrank gab es für uns Butter, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade und auch Brot. Die Kommunikation mit Fridolin war sehr gut. Er antwortete immer sehr schnell und hatte viele gute Empfehlungen für uns. Der Außenbereich ist wirklich traumhaft und unser Sohn wollte den Pool gar nicht mehr verlassen. Im Haus gab es in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage was sehr angenehm war. Der Balkon ist traumhaft. An den Schlafzimmerfenstern gibt es Jalousien. Es wird jedoch schnell sehr hell. Wenn man es aber nicht ganz dunkel braucht ist das kein Problem. Wir haben unsere Zeit absolut genossen und würden immer wieder kommen.

**Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick! Ich würde es wieder mieten! Es war fantastisch! Andjela und ihr Personal waren alle sehr sehr freundlich! Kann es nur weiter empfehlen! War echt sehr schön ☺️

Всё было просто чудесно! Невероятно красиво место. Есть всё для отдыха с друзьями : гамаки, гриль зону, возможность пикника на улице, чистый бассейен.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Marko. Er gibt sich wirklich die aller größte Mühe, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Mehr geht nicht. Bester Host! Die Lage in der Nähe vom See ist toll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Eine Tour auf dem See ist am frühen Morgen oder gegen Abend zu empfehlen, dann ist fast nichts los. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

This little stone house in Ulcinj looks traditional on the outside, but is brand-spanking new and modern on the inside. The setting among olive trees is delightful. It was easy to communicate with the hosts, who were helpful and patient. The center of town is a 15-minute walk from the house, while the old town is another 15 minutes on top of that, while the bus station was a 10-minute, 15-euro ride. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We loved the house, the setting was spectacular. We could swim straight off the dock, and walk to local restaurants. We particularly liked the Oyster Farm which Meri recommended!

Lili & Myzi are truly wonderful hosts, who made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. Their check in and check out instructions, including guidance on parking, were clear and easy to follow. Their place was absolutely spotless, with water, tea and fruit for us to enjoy on our short stay through to Theth / Valböne. Lili & Myzi were always responsive with communication, providing us with an excellent recommendation for dinner and assistance with any questions we had about our first visit to Albania. It is evident how much pride Lili & Myzi take in providing a good experience for their guests. Would highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful time away at Andreas' place! Andreas and Bojan were very communicative and helpful, everything was very clear and as described. The place was clean, well stocked, peaceful, and with a stunning view! It isn't hugely easy to get down to the water itself (e.g. for swimming) or to go on walks from so just worth noting when planning. We hired a car and it was a beautiful place to base ourselves, spend a peaceful day, and head out to other locations from. We had bad weather storms which impacted the water so Andreas was kind enough to offer us some money refunded without us asking. We'd definitely recommend both the hosts and the space!

Fantastic stay in Buva old town. Paulina communicted very well and it was very nice of her to leave us some water and snacks on our arrival. The aparatmemt is in a great location and close to shops and restaurants. One side note: if you don't need to rent a car, then don't as parking is very expensive!

Absolutely loved Pjeter's house. The location above the valley floor had spectacular views. Sitting at the dining table under the gazebo gave us a million dollar view. The house was spotlessly clean and well fitted out. The cooktop, while only a single burner (as expected)l, worked well. The kitchen equipement etc was of a high quality. Even the knives were sharp! Pjeter lit a fire in the woodheater for us when we needed the extra warmth on a cold day - loved it. Super peaceful place a couple of kms out of the main area. Pjeter and his wife were lovely warm and hospitable hosts. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and so want to go back to Theth - magic place!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zeljka’s. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed the large patio for some meals and close by restaurants at other times. There were gorgeous beaches within easy walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and helpful with any questions. Absolutely recommend this home to anyone.

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.
