Loved every minute of our stay! The house was stocked with everything we could have needed, bbq, beach and paddle boards for the bay. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

We had a great stay in Hawks Nest at Kristina’s place. The accomodation was stunning and perfect for a get away from Sydney. The doggo loved the space to be able run around in the garden. It really was the perfect set up to be able have some home cook nights in and also local to the shops is there was anything we need. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly nice and friendly from the moment we booked the stay. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made us feel right at home. What truly stood out was the amazing welcome they gave us — it was so warm and thoughtful. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend staying here — we’d love to come back!

Samantha’s place was the wonderful retreat that we needed. The location is excellent, being close to beaches and parks, and the place itself was very clean, beautifully presented, and was decked out with all that we needed for our stay and more. We didn’t need to ask any questions because instructions were so clear and communication was proactive. We instantly relaxed and will definitely be booking a mini break there another time.

Roxy's place is exactly as described. Her home is both welcoming and warm. The location is great, with Anna Bay better than I expected. Roxy was engaging and kept me posted along the way. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

This house was perfect for 3 families! It had everything we needed and so much space for us all. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

The house was beautifully renovated and felt like home. Everything matched with beautiful decorations that gave off a lovely vibe and made the place feel welcoming. Excellent amenities. Each room was well equipped with needed essentials and I love all the extra additions like laundry detergent and stain remover. The kitchen was fully stocked with an array of equipment so you could easily cook if desired. The shower upstairs was excellent and the bathroom modern but the downstairs bathroom did not match the rest of the house, once this space is renovated the house will be perfect! To those who want to sleep in the larger room, note this is downstairs so if people are walking around upstairs this is quite easily heard. The beds were comfortable, excellent high quality washing machine and dryer (with multiple options), and the outside areas were perfect for groups and picturesque. Great host who left a sweet welcome cheese hamper on arrival and gave a late check-out! Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely magic. The location is next-level — peaceful, private… and those views! Aside from the property being spotless, beautifully styled and with every amenity you could possibly want, Andrea made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we booked. Incredible communication, fresh sourdough from a local bakery on arrival and our groceries picked up and unpacked for us — the greatest luxury! We travelled in late Autumn, but that didn’t stop us swimming in the beautifully heated pool and curling up on the balcony with blankets. The board games were such a fun way to spend our evenings and the dog treats and beds had our pups feeling like royalty. We will absolutely be back. Thank you so much for all of your care during our stay Andrea!

Will forever be a favourite place, very private and suited us so well! We even got engaged on the beautiful deck looking out over the mountain and trees of nelson bay ! Thanks for sharing your place!

Great accomodation, close to the beach and well presented

My husband and I were looking for accommodation to relax in after a very busy work schedule and we definitely found it with this property. The property was clean, in a great area and provided all the comforts we needed. We will definitely re-book this property

My mum, my brother and I had a great time at Karen’s self-check-in accommodation in Bobs Farm. My wife and I got married at the winery and restaurant Sunset + Vine a few km down the road from the place, and the place was perfect for our needs. Karen was an amazing responsive host, and even assisted with picking up my mother and brother at the end of the night after the ended celebration to ensure they got home safe. Would highly recommend.

Cath and Pat were amazing hosts. The place was massive, super clean and even better than we thought! There was an abundance of amenities provided and they made us feel right at home. They also provided a list of amazing local information from where to shop, where the best parks were and where the best local foods were. An amazing place to stay and we will definitely be back given the opportunity!

Absolutely wonderful! We had a lovely peaceful stay at Jen’s house. It was brilliant. Sparkling clean, had everything we needed. The BBQ was great. It was so relaxing. Our little dog loved his stay too. Jen is a fantastic host

A beautiful space to launch your vacation in Nelson Bay. Perfect for kids with modern amenities, the house is spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The private pool was an oasis and the wraparound balcony was perfect for a quiet coffee or a late evening glass of wine. As for the hosts - Karen ❤️ was engaging and very responsive. I don’t think she would be happy if you didn’t enjoy every moment, and we certainly did. Just book it. You won’t regret a thing.

Bryony’s place is just magical. It had everything we needed and more. The view and the wrap around verandah were what stood out for us. Having small people, it meant they were safe when they were playing outside, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was really well equipped and we appreciated the little things we didn’t have to pack such as oils, coffee, dishwashing tablets and shampoo etc. The house was extremely comfortable for a large party of 9 as we were able to retreat to different areas of the house when needed. It would be even better if there was a vacuum and a mop so that we could adequately clean up after ourselves. We had the most enjoyable time and hope to book again.

We loved staying at Tracey’s home. She was the perfect host, perfect location, everything was perfect :) Spotlessly clean and very stylish and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. Tracey was the helpful and very frendly. Great with communications. Would highly recommend this property its the perfect place for a get away felt views and surroundings were amazing lots of great walks and i will definitely be staying again! ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Claire’s place. Communication was great, check in easy and the location is central. It was great to be able to bring my dog and Claire even left her some treats, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire’s Airbnb.

We had a great experience. The place was lovely and clean, with beautiful water views that made the stay even more relaxing. There was plenty of space, which made it perfect for unwinding and feeling at home. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious getaway.

We managed to fit ourselves, baby and dog into the tiny home and it was fine! Was something different to try and it was great to have our dog with us. The place was clean, Ed was lovely to deal with and bed etc were very comfy.

Wow, what a property! Absolutely beautiful and so well designed. Perfect for 2 couples and the location is fantastic. We all said we could live there….just beautiful. Thank you Melissa and Tony it was perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came as a full family (two young boys, grandmother, dog) and every member felt right at home. The house is stylish and luxe, but more importantly it was spotless and thoughtfully laid out and stocked. We particularly appreciated the cot and highchair, but also the baby-gate which meant that we could block off the stairs and relax while upstairs. Wonderful hosts, and wonderful accommodation!

Really enjoyed our stay at SOM #2 - villa was super clean and comfy, with every amenity, as described. Peaceful location and short walk into Shoal Bay with plenty to do and cafe's/restaurants nearby. Would def visit again!
