Condo holiday rentals in Shōnan

Estamos muy felices de habernos hospedado en el departamente de Akiko! No sólo sus instrucciones fueron claras, la casa estaba reluciente sino que también nos dió varias recomendaciones. Es el departamento perfecto y muy tranquilo luego de un día de mucho caminar para recorrer la ciudad. Sin duda queremos volver!

More than exceeded my expectations. Host Lisa is friendly and kind, and respond quickly. Bathroom, sheets, floor, etc were all very clean. The washing machine is small, but it is free! And works well. GREAT air conditioning. Blackout curtains. Beds are more spacious than they appear in the photo. Home overall is best for 1-3 people, as it is smaller, but works very nicely for a trip to the city. We had three people and while it was a little tight, it worked great. It’s awesome to have a balcony to sit on. There is a bit of construction happening at this time starting around 8:30AM that you can hear from the apartment but it is no fault of the host. Overall, an amazing stay. Would stay here again, especially for the price. Much (!!) better than hotels with similar prices in the area. Lisa, thanks for a great stay in Tokyo from America! 🇺🇸🇯🇵

This place is very tight as per description, but it felt tighter when we actually arrived. Shower booth is super small too, you cannot even bend. Other than that (which is described though), everything else is very nice. Super near to subway station, walkable to gyoen national park which was my top favorite out of Tokyo places, and also just a corner around to lots of Japanese/Korean restaurants which close quite late in the night - a plus if your arrival is late in the evening/night. Washers and dryers on 1F is also handy, though you have to get 100yen coins from somewhere else.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist ganz in der Nähe von Nakano Broadway aber in einer ruhigen Straße. Das tat gut nach einem langen Tag im lauten Tokio. Die Wohnung ist eher sauber und es gab mehr Platz als erwartet. Es ist etwas eng in der Küche mit dem Bett neben dem Kühlschrank aber für ein paar Tage ist es kein Problem. Ich würde hier wieder wohnen. Die Kommunikation mit Hong war sehr gut, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet. Vielen Dank!

This is an modern apartment with great facilities. Including WiFi, air-conditioning, kitchenette, fridge, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, washlet toilet and ability to dry your clothes in the bathroom. The apartment is spotless and all basic products such as toothbrushes, laundry soap, shampoo and body wash is provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a twin in the other. The apartment is a good size for a Tokyo apartment and would suit up to four guests. The location is in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes from the Oshiage Skytree station. The host is extremely reponsive and let me know when the cleaning was complete so that I could check in earlier. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for restaurants and sightseeing. Easy access to multiple trains with one of the trains being very close. Place was good size for family of four. There is a flight of stairs up to the second floor but then an elevator afterwards. Host was very friendly and met us at check in to help with luggage.

Good stay in a great location. Would book again for Kabukicho.

Beihoa's place was fantastic. The location is close to the Yamanote line, but not so close that it is noisy or crowded. There are lots of places to eat, grocery stores and 7-11s(3) in the neighborhood. We also found a Don Quiote near by...which we went to at 2 am thanks to jet lag. Beihao was very quick to respond and offered suggestions if we needed help. The Yamanote line is very easy to navigate and I strongly suggest a Pasmo or Suica card. The condo is located very close to Shinjuku and Shibuya...super fun places to visit. The condo is clean, full of light and big by Japanese standards. I would definitely return here!! Thank you Beihoa for helping to make our visit amazing!!! My son and I fell in love with Japan!❤️

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Second time staying here— Great spot in a convenient location, with a friendly host. Always a smooth and easy stay—highly recommend!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Place is about 2 min walk from Meguro station as described where so many restaurants and convenient stores can be found. An elevator is a big plus unlike some of other Airbnb places in Japan, and as well as the washer and dryer. Everything was exactly as it was described and the communication was prompt. I used to live in Japan and still visit at least 2-3 times a year, and the location and the place couldn't be better. I'll be looking forward to come back again and highly recommend this place to others.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

非常好的一次住宿体验，设施齐全，床很大，干净整洁。地段优越，距离车站300米左右，旁边50米就有便利店，十分方便😊👍

Siamo stati benissimo, l’alloggio è davvero molto carino e si trova vicinissimo alla stazione di Higashinakano (a due fermate da Shinjuku, a una da Nakano). I dintorni sono carinissimi, Higashinakano è uno dei posti più belli e autentici che abbiamo visitato a Tokyo. Hanako è stata un’host super disponibile, gentile e reattiva, grazie di tutto! Se dovessimo tornare a Tokyo valuteremo senz’altro di tornare qui!

Very convenient location. Easy to get around! The size of the house able to fit 3 adults and 1 kid. We had 3 medium luggages and 2 handcarry. No issue when packing or opening up. Will definitely book here again if I am back to Tokyo!

Tout était parfait ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre, bien situé et équipé de tout le nécessaire. Un point spécial pour l’hôte, extrêmement accueillant, sympathique et disponible, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Miao is really responsive and helpful. She helps provide useful information about surroundings and recommend restaurants/ drug store and etcs. The location is close to train and easy to go anywhere. The room is just remodeled so everything is so clean and nice. The warm water came out so quick and beddings/towel are so clean and homey. I really enjoy the stay here. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

Zhui's place is very clean and very centrally located. He was extremely flexible in terms of checking in early. Also, we requested if we can store our bags for few hours and he also accommodated it. Highly recommend the place.
