We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

Great option when staying in Newton and right down the street from an incredible entrance to a hiking trail. Serge was a great host and kept us informed the entire trip.

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

This property was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Clean and cozy and felt right at home. There was plenty for the kids to do so we didn’t have to limit screen time because they wanted to be enjoying the amenities available! Jody was quick to respond with any/all questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend to everyone especially those with children!

This is one of the most well thought out properties we have stayed at. There was everything & more. In fact some of things provided for us we could never have even thought of. Michelle is responsive & accommodated all requests. Definitely spoiled us & raised the bar. Loved it & look forward to being back.

I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.

The Housed was perfect, Valerie was responsive, helpful, and the perfect host. A fantastic private and fenced in back yard for your four-legged family members. Market 32 across the street is fantastic for all your Grocery and food needs. Will definitely be staying at this residence again when I return to Boston.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in and we've stay in 182 of them. This home is large, extremely well built with top quality furnishing. It is clean with great quiet HVAC and kitchen supplies. The beds are comfortable and the lighting is quite good. Outdoor seating is great and the home abuts a small forest. It is set back from the highway and road sound is minimal. There were no mosquitoes. The hosts are amazingly friendly and accommodating.

My family truly enjoyed our stay. There are huge umbrellas in the yard that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. The whole home was immaculate! Plenty of space and stocked for all your needs there even are a few games, I haven’t played dominoes in years! We will definitely be back!

Thank for opening your doors and allowing us to stay at this lovely cottage/lake house! A beautiful gem with a gorgeous view of the water! Our 3 children loved the pond/lake and spent plenty of time enjoying it! Host was highly engaged and responded to questions within minutes! Great location as it feels secluded and private but just a quick drive and your at restaurants, gas stations and more! Thank you again for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back! Great job!

This house on a large pond is a great find! Water views are stellar all day. The driveway has a steep angle but is not a challenge. As with many houses, it has its unique quirks, but the positives are very high. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking or just heat & serve. The furniture is comfortable and functional. We travel for freshwater fishing. With the rowboat, my husband caught & released over 20 fish - all large and small mouth bass. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Diane’s lake house was awesome. Peaceful and cute, right on the lake. The screened in porch is great at night and anything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend this place.

Yaw's place was great. Amazing views and property is maintained very well. Yaw is very responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay. This home has all the comforts of home and is conveniently located. The host is wonderful and gracious and communicates back almost instantly with answers to questions. The shower was fantastic and the espresso maker and pods were better than ours at home. Linens and everything about this home feels upscale and luxurious. There's a little traffic noise during the day but the high quality windows keep it pretty quiet and it's quiet at night. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby and easy easy to get everywhere. So green and pretty too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay with family, especially small children. Very kid friendly with outdoor safe play area with swing and slide. Lower level dedicated room with tons of toys for young kids- like a toy store. Kids loved it. Big deck with plenty of seating. We had a great stay!

This place was easy to find and was very big and spacious. It was very welcoming with each bedroom having a small basket comtaining bottled waters, soaps, shampoos and lotions and clean neatly folded towels on the beds for each guest. It was also VERY nice to have AC units in each bedroom especially since when we stayed it was very humid. The house was very clean upon arrival and felt like home. The price was a little bit high for 1 night, but the level of comfort and location (compared to other Airbnb’s we looked at) made it easy to forget about. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you or your family are planning a trip to Worcester. We will definitely be staying here again for our future visits to Worcester when we go to visit our grandson. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our second stay and we’re already planning our return. Great layout for gathering and also having separate quiet spaces. Excellent birdwatching from the deck!

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s! Well equipped kitchen and exceptionally clean. The location so beautiful and very relaxing.

Grace was so easy to work with. Whenever I had a question, she responded quickly and she was eager to make our stay easy and stress- free. The place is immaculate! We were there for a relative's graduation from The Groton School and the drive was quick- and pretty!
