Split’s Marjan Forest Park lies just to the west. Meander along the coast and through the forest’s myriad of shaded paths. Hike up to the park’s viewpoint, offering panoramic vistas over classic Dalmatian terracotta rooftops. Head to the old town, take a seat in a bustling café in the square and admire the magnificent architecture as you enjoy a refreshing ‘gelato’. Villa Primosten

Staff lives onsite in a separate apartment, making this contemporary aquatic villa particularly suitable for family vacations and social events. Everything in this ultra-luxe vacation home has been thoughtfully designed to offer minimum distraction from the sensational views. From the mirror-like infinity pool which appears to drop into the ocean, to the glass walls and huge windows that frame your experience here, if water is your natural element you’re in the right place.
