The house is very central (700 m from the Big Square) including a yard with 2 parking spaces, a yard, outdoor seating and barbecue. The house is divided as follows: 1 room with queen size bed, reading corner and TV, 2 room with sofa bed, reading corner and TV. The kitchen is fully equiped with stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electr. kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

This house once hosted the first brewery in Romania. It was founded in 1717, after Emperor Charles IV supported the opening of a brewery in 1712.
